Process Engineer
Are you an analytical techie with a knack for improvement? Then we might have your next challenge ready and waiting.
As a Process Engineer at VAM WaterTech, you’ll develop smart solutions for our process installations. You design, research, and improve systems focused on water treatment and production processes. In other words: you make things work – and work better.
Your Responsibility
- Design technically and commercially sound process installations
(including calculation models, selection of process steps, applicable technologies, and risk analyses) - Develop and maintain P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams)
- Draft and maintain test protocols, manuals, operator checklists, and knowledge base articles
- Write clear process descriptions and operating manuals
- Contribute to defining R&D priorities
- Maintain and share process knowledge internally and develop training for colleagues and clients
- Support process optimization and problem solving
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, production, and management
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and the sales department
- Initiate improvement projects focused on cost, quality, environment, and safety
Your profile
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Process Technology
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a talent for writing clearly and concisely
- Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
- Familiarity with Autocad, ePlan, or other P&ID software is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical insight
