Sales Support Specialist

Your role as Sales Support Specialist
As a Sales Support Specialist, you are the link between customers, sales colleagues, and the technical team. You translate technical information into clear language for both clients and colleagues. You support the sales department with a healthy dose of service and actively contribute ideas to improve our product presentations and quotations. In addition, you will have the opportunity to manage and further develop our product portfolio, ensuring our sales team is always up-to-date and competitive in the market.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assisting with and contributing to quotations, brochures, and presentations
- Managing and developing our product portfolio
- Maintaining contact with customers, sales colleagues, suppliers, and machine builders
- Supporting inbound and outbound sales activities
- Proactively following up on new developments and feedback from trade shows
What you bring to the table
As a Sales Support Specialist, you are an indispensable right hand for both our technicians and sales colleagues. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and a creative mindset for problem-solving are essential. You are confident, assertive, and take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do. In addition, you:
- Speak German and English well
- Have a passion for technology and are eager to deepen your knowledge of our machines and processes
- Are commercially savvy and think along with customers and colleagues
- Are administratively skilled and enjoy keeping information and documents organized
